In Argentina, he had many farming mentors who taught him how to produce livestock, poultry, grains, vegetables, and fruit in a sustainable way. After meeting his wife Marcella in California, Jeronimo brought his food production knowledge to the United States, and founded the meat and egg enterprise called Casitas Valley Pastures now located in Ojai, CA.
