Jeronimo was raised in the rural pampas of Argentina where his family practiced traditional agriculture on the same plot of land for six generations. In Argentina, he had many farming mentors who taught him how to produce livestock, poultry, grains, vegetables, and fruit in a sustainable way. After meeting his wife Marcella in California, Jeronimo brought his food production knowledge to the United States, and founded the meat and egg enterprise called Casitas Valley Pastures located in Ojai, CA.
